Ticketing Policies

SecondStory Repertory's handsome, Art Deco theatre is an intimate space that seats 125 people on three sides of an open stage, with no seat more than 25 feet from the action. Our venue is fully handicapped-accessible. 

We offer festival seating, which means you can sit wherever you like when you attend one of our productions.  There’s not a bad seat in the house!

How to purchase tickets
In Person: Purchase tickets at the theatre Tuesday-Saturday 1-5pm.
We accept cash, check, Visa or Master Card.

Telephone: Call ahead to reserve seats and purchase tickets by phone using your VISA or Master Card: 425/881-6777.

Online: We have partnered with Click4Tix as our online ticketing provider, which means you may now purchase tickets entirely online.
A service fee will be added for online sales only: $2.25 per ticket for Mainstage shows, $1.75 for Special Events, and $1.25 for SPROUTS shows.
Your tickets will be held at our box office window under Will Call.

Group Sales: Reservations for parties and school groups can only be made by calling Tuesday – Saturday 1-5pm or by e-mailing your request to Caitlin@secondstoryrep.org.

Refunds & Cancellations
Mainstage Series tickets may be exchanged or refunded up to 10 am on the day of your performance. There is no late seating for Mainstage shows; if you have not picked up your tickets by curtain time, you will lose your seat, and no refund can be given.

Children's Theatre tickets cannot be refunded; however, you may call until 10 am on the day of your performance to exchange your tickets for another show.

Gift Certificates
Give the gift of theatre!

Mainstage Series gift certificates cost $27 per person, per show
Children's Theatre certificates cost $8.75 per person, per show.

You can charge them just like tickets, and we can mail them directly to you if you wish. Just call the box office at (425) 881-6777 anytime during business hours to purchase. Gift certificates are completely flexible, and they may be used for any show in the current season, which runs through the end of June.

To redeem, just call us and request which performance you'd like to attend; you can always change your reservation with 24 hours notice.

During the Performance
Please remember to turn off your cell phones and pagers.

No one will be admitted after the performance begins.

We also remind you that all photography or videography is prohibited, and we ask you to be considerate of other audience members -use minimum amounts of perfume and hair spray.

The box office telephone will be manned during performances in case of emergencies.
