Since its opening in October 1999, the Eastside's first full-time theatre ensemble has offered a year-round
season of musicals, comedies, revues, and dramas, along with its popular SPROUTS Children's Theatre series of original
musicals for ages 4 and up.
SecondStory Repertory also offers performing arts education, primarily for children; see our
list of upcoming classes.
The theatre has also presented jazz and folk concerts.. improvisational comedy... poetry readings... informal stagings of new works... and many other special events. In all, there are more than 150 performances each year.
Art is about people. Come and play!

Our Mission
SecondStory Repertory's mission is to provide its patrons with high quality performing arts and theatre education. It is dedicated to an eclectic season of professional theatre for adults and children. This season is made accessible to all; no one is turned away for lack of means.
SecondStory Repertory believes that the creation of art is one of
humankind's highest forms of achievement, and that a civilization can be judged
by the way it treats artists.
Therefore, we highly value supporting the life and
the work of the artist.
Auditions
SecondStory Repertory attends Theatre Puget Sound's general auditions twice each year.
Occasionally, we do hold our own auditions for individual shows, as needed.
Audition notices are always posted to the TPS
