TICKETING POLICIES

SecondStory Repertory is an intimate space that seats 86 people with no seat more than 25 feet from the action. Our venue is fully handicapped-accessible. 

We offer festival seating, which means you can sit wherever you like when you attend one of our productions. Season ticket holders have the option to reserve seats in advance by contacting the box office prior to the production.

How to purchase tickets
In Person: Purchase tickets at
the theater during regular box office hours: Tuesday-Saturday 1pm - 5pm and two hours prior to every performance.

We accept cash, check, American Express, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard.

Your tickets will be held at our box office window under Will Call.

Group Sales: Reservations for parties and school groups can only be made by calling Tuesday – Saturday 1pm - 5pm or by e-mailing your request to boxoffice@secondstoryrep.org.

Refunds & Cancellations
Mainstage Series tickets may be exchanged or refunded up to 10am on the day of your performance. Late seating for Mainstage shows may be limited to intermission and appropriate breaks in the action on stage. There are no refunds for unclaimed tickets.

Children's Theatre tickets cannot be refunded; however, you may call until 10 am on the day of your performance to exchange your tickets for another show.

Gift Certificates
Give the gift of theater!

Mainstage Series gift certificates cost $25 per person, per show
Theater for Young Audiences gift certificates cost $10.00 per person, per show.

You can charge them just like tickets, and we can mail them directly to you if you wish. Just call the box office at 425.881.6777 anytime during business hours to purchase. Gift certificates are completely flexible, and they may be used for any show in the current season, which runs through the end of June.

To redeem, just call us and request which performance you'd like to attend; you can always change your reservation with 24 hours notice.

During the Performance
Please remember to turn off your cell phones and pagers.
We also remind you that all photography or video recording is strictly prohibited, and we ask you to be considerate of other audience members - use minimum amounts of perfume and hair spray.

Theater Puget Sound: $10 member tickets. These may be purchased on the day of the show only, two hours prior to show time, at the box office window. You must show a valid TPS card to receive the discounted rate.


Microsoft Prime Card: 10% discount on tickets purchased in advance. Call the box office at 425.881.6777 to reserve, and bring your Prime Card when you pick up your tickets.
