MAINSTAGE TICKETING INFO

SecondStory Repertory is an intimate space that seats 86 people with no seat more than 30 feet from the action. Seating is on a first-come-first-served with the exception of our season ticket holders, who have the option to reserve seats in advance by contacting the box office prior to the performance they wish to attend. When entering the auditorium you will notice signs delineating which seats are "Reserved for Subscriber." Seating begins 30 minutes prior to show time. Lobby opens one hour prior to show time.

HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS
BOX OFFICE: The box office is open two hours prior to every performance for day of show ticket purchases. We accept cash, check, AMEX, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Advance purchases should be made online or by emailing boxoffice@secondstoryrep.org.

ONLINE: Buying online allows you to purchase your tickets any time, day or night. Online tickets for mainstage performances are $30/each. Online tickets for Theater for Young Audiences performances are $10/each. Discounts for Theater for Young Audiences performances are available for children under the age of four ($5 off the online price) and are only obtained by contacting boxoffice@secondstoryrep.org or purchasing in person at the box office window.

Group Sales: Reservations for parties and school groups can only be made by e-mailing your request to boxoffice@secondstoryrep.org. Reservations aren't final until availability is confirmed by SSR Staff. Groups of 10 or more receive and 10% discount and groups of twenty or more receive a 20% discount.

Refunds & Cancellations
Mainstage Series tickets may be exchanged or refunded up to 24 hours prior to the performance in question. Late seating for Mainstage shows may be limited to intermission and appropriate breaks in the action on stage. There are no refunds for unclaimed tickets.

Gift Certificates
Give the gift of theater!
Mainstage Series gift certificates cost $30 per ticket.
You can purchase gift certificates just like tickets, and we can mail them directly to you if you wish. Just call the box office at 425.881.6777 anytime during business hours to purchase. Gift certificates are completely flexible, and they may be used for any show in the current season, which typically runs through the end of June. To redeem, just call us and request which performance you'd like to attend; you can always change your reservation with 24 hours notice.

We also remind you that all photography or video recording is strictly prohibited, and we ask you to be considerate of other audience members - use minimum amounts of perfume and hair spray.
