MEET THE CAST

Elliot Park (Hermes) is excited to tell the story of Hadestown again and again and again in his SSR debut. He was last seen cutting loose in RCT's production of Footloose, and prior to that he was seen in roles such as Davey in Newsies JR. at VT KIDSTAGE and Evan in Studio East's 13: The Musical. Occasionally, he writes music under the artist name Eddition, and hopes you'll give it a listen! He'd like to thank his friends, family, teachers, heroes, and you, the audience, for coming along the road to hell to hear an old song.

Raegynn Brook (Eurydice) is so thrilled to have the opportunity to work with SSR. Other theater's she participates in are Broadway bound, where she played Serena in Legally blonde, and BYT, playing a Stepsister in Cinderella most recently. She wishes to thank her family and friends who are supporting her passion as well as her creative team on this project.

Lucas Barquin (Orpheus) is absolutely elated to be performing his favorite show here at SSR! Orpheus has been an absolute blast to perform and he is so excited to bring this old song to life (again and again and again) His previous roles include Leo Clark (Leading Ladies), Jonny Warner (Zombie Prom), and Prince Oliver (Between the Lines). He is also a two time Hogan Cup improv finalist. Lucas would like to thank this amazing cast, everyone who worked on this show, mom, dad, sister and marlow for always supporting him.

Logan Rhee (Hades) is thrilled to make his professional debut at SSR! Recent roles include: Muriel, Jack U/S in Newsies (VT KIDSTAGE) and Chip in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Spotlight Repertory). Other credits: Legally Blonde (Emmett), Little Shop of Horrors (Orin Scrivello U/S), and Hadestown: Teen Edition (Orpheus). He would like to thank the incredible cast and creative team for their support. Enjoy the show!

Ava Heiner (Persephone) is beyond thrilled to be performing in one of her favorite shows as her SSR debut! Some of her previous roles were as Athena (The Olympians), Mr. Mayor (Suessical), and Mrs. Roeder (Radium Girls). She also has been a vocal director of two musicals at Cedarcrest High School, The Olympians and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee! Ava would like to thank her family for their support as well as everyone who had worked on this incredible production! She had an amazing time and enjoyed working with this fantastic cast!!

Cenai Kidane (Fate 1) is very excited to be in a production of Hadestown: Teen Edition with such amazing people! She performed at Mountlake Terrace High School in the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Olive Ostrovsky), Zombie Prom (Coco), Midsummer Night’s Dream (Hippolyta), and Between the Lines (Queen Maureen). She would like to thank her parents and everyone in the cast and crew.”

Maya Iyer-Vijh (Fate 3) is beyond elated to be performing her dream show in her SSR debut! You may have previously seen her as Aunt Beast (A Wrinkle in Time) at VT KIDSTAGE, or as Lucinda (Into the Woods) or in Animal Farm at Eastlake High school, where she will soon be performing in the Wizard of Oz! She also has numerous credits with Redmond Academy and is a two-time VT Institute graduate. Maya would like to give a huge thank you to everyone who has worked on this amazing production, and as always, to her incredible mom!

Nazaret Kidane (Fate 2) is thrilled to be in this production of Hadestown: Teen Edition! She’s performed at Mountlake Terrace High School as an ensemble member in Zombie Prom, Cobweb in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Marina in Between the Lines. She also enjoys drawing and singing jazz in her free time!

Kallan Pairsh (Worker) is so excited to be in her first show at SSR. Some of her previous roles include Olive Ostrovsky in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Romaine Patterson in The Laramie Project, Pugsley Addams in The Addams Family, Lt. Rooney in Arsenic & Old Lace. She is 16 and does theatre at Auburn Mountainview and West Auburn Highschool. She is incredibly thankful for this opportunity and for everyone who made this possible. She would like to thank her family, friends, and company for the opportunity.

Olivia Green (Worker) I am SO excited for this show! Hadestown has been a "must do at least once in my life" show for me for a few years now, and I'm honored and VERY excited to not only do Hadestown, but also to do it with SSR! This is my first out of high school show, my most recent role being Ocean Rosenberg in Juanita's Ride the Cyclone. Before Ocean, I was the stage left manager and props lead for A Wrinkle in Time at Juanita high school. I also recently competed (this May) in the international Thespian Festival for solo musical performance and won a Thespy Award for it. I LOVE theater and everything about it, tech and performance! I want to thank everyone on the Hadestown production team for allowing me to be apart of such an awesome show, and such a awesome theater. And shoutout to my parents for continuing to inspire me to pursue my interest in theater!

Emma Jager (Worker) has been performing in theater since the age of five and is thrilled to be part of her dream show. Previous credits include Janet Van De Graaff in The Drowsy Chaperone and Sour Kangaroo in Seussical. She loves tap dancing and enjoys singing in her free time. Emma is grateful to the cast, crew, and everyone who has supported her along the way—especially her dog, Tipper—and hopes you enjoy the show!

Noah Ebio (Worker - Hermes/Orpheus US) is so excited to be a part of this production of Hadestown! He’s jumping into the work with an optimistic mind, having been previously involved in Bothell high school’s Dramafest, their production of Anything Goes and Our Town. He’s been participating in theater since he was eight, and was inducted into Washington’s Thespian troop 6188 earlier this year, He hopes you’ll enjoy the show!

Reagan Nino (Worker - Eurydice/Persephone US) is thrilled to be a part of SSR’s Hadestown. A junior at Liberty High School, musical theatre is a big part of Reagan’s life. Her favorite performances include Seattle Opera’s Pagliacci and Carmen, VT’s SpongeBob the Musical, and Kentridge Theatre’s Amélie and Matilda. Reagan would like to thank SSR for this opportunity, and her parents for their support. Hope you like the show!

Adam Zachary Johnson (Worker - Hades US) Experience: “Travis” in “Footloose the Musical” 2024, “Jack” in “Into the Woods” 2025, “Marv” in “Home Alone” 2024 “Bobby Strong” in “Urinetown” 2025, “Scrooge” in “A Muppet Christmas Carol” 2025, “Nicely Nicely Johnson” in “Guys and Dolls” Adam is a passionate performer who resides in Arlington. Although he has been apart of the performing arts most of his life he is excited to be a part of a SSR show for the first time ever! He feels very welcomed by the rest of the cast and loves hearing them sing during rehearsals. He can’t wait for the audience to see the hardworking everyone is putting in.

MEET THE PRODUCTION TEAM

Dr. Alicia Méndez (Director) is a director, actor, and multidisciplinary theater artist who loves helping young performers discover their voice onstage. She has directed a wide range of professional and semi-professional shows — from the powerhouse musical Evita to the bold, high‑energy Assassins, the hilarious The Revolutionists, and the whimsical youth production Prince Ugly. Her most recent work in the Pacific Northwest has appeared at SecondStory Repertory, Woodinville Rep, and Centerstage Theatre.

As an actor, Alicia has performed in cult‑classic musicals like Reefer Madness, Zombie Prom, Urinetown and The Rocky Horror Show, as well as beloved titles such as West Side Story, Into the Woods, and Noises Off. She studied voice, movement, and stage combat in Utah, Boston, New York City and California — bringing a mix of professional rigor and joyful creativity to every rehearsal room. Alicia is passionate about creating spaces where teens feel confident and supported. She is excited to work young artists who are ready to take risks, try new things, and discover what they’re capable of. Dr. Mendez has a BA in History, a Masters in Education, a Masters in Education Administration and a doctorate in Educational leadership.

Tiger Khokunthod (Music Director) is a director, music director, producer, and playwright originally from Chicago, Illinois. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music from Judson University. With a diverse portfolio, he has directed and produced various productions, including Godspell, In the Heights, and Spring Awakening. He also wrote and produced his original musical, Finding Home. In 2020, he founded The Home Creative Co., a community theatre in Elgin, Illinois. He is excited to make his Seattle-area directorial debut with Hadestown, his first production in the Pacific Northwest.
