TYA TICKETING INFO

SecondStory Repertory is an intimate space that seats 100 on "carpet seating" down front, close to the action and fixed seating with no seat more than 35 feet from the action. Our venue is wheelchair accessible.  Please let us know prior to attending of any special accommodations you would like to request.

We offer festival seating, which means you can sit wherever you like when you attend one of our productions - but the best seats are "on the carpet."

How to purchase tickets
In Person: Purchase tickets at the theater  up to two hours prior to every performance.

We accept cash, check, American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and/or PayPal.

Buy online: Bring in your online purchase statement to the box office window and pick up physical tickets for admission into the auditorium.

 

Group Sales: Reservations for parties and school groups can only be made by e-mailing your request to boxoffice@secondstoryrep.org. Reservations aren't final until availability is confirmed by SSR Staff. Groups of 10 or more receive and 10% discount and groups of twenty or more receive a 20% discount.

Refunds & Cancellations
Theater for Young Audiences tickets cannot be refunded; however, you may call until 10 am on the day of your performance to exchange your tickets for another show (this policy does not apply to school day performances.)

Gift Certificates
Give the gift of theater! Theater for Young Audiences gift certificates cost $10 per ticket. 

You can purchase gift certificates just like tickets, and we can mail them directly to you if you wish. Just contact the box office at boxoffice@secondstoryrep.org. Gift certificates are completely flexible, and they may be used for any Theater for Young Audiences performance. To redeem, just call or email us and request which performance you'd like to attend; you can always change your reservation with 24 hours notice. Reservations are first come first served. If a show is sold out we will be unable to accommodate your request.

During the Performance
Please remember to set your cell phone on SILENT.
We also remind you that all photography or video recording is strictly prohibited, and we ask you to be considerate of other audience members - use minimum amounts of perfume and hair spray.
